Led the end-to-end strategy, design, and implementation of a custom B2B quoting and ordering platform for a large-format print production company serving professional partners.

Built from zero to live launch, the system enables authenticated partner logins, streamlined quoting workflows, repeat ordering functionality, and custom product templates tailored to production capabilities. Collaborated closely with leadership to translate complex print specifications into an intuitive digital experience that reduced friction for professional clients.

Customized the platform beyond out-of-the-box functionality, including bespoke quote logic, branded UI systems, and scalable templates. Trained the internal creative director to independently manage and evolve the site, ensuring long-term sustainability and brand consistency.
